How can I not try?

Sunday afternoon. This is so easy, so do-able, that I can't think of a good reason not to at least try. We're talking about 3 minutes a day, 5 days a week as a minimum - simple, no? And you can't argue with the idea that you'd lose 20 pounds in a year just with that change alone. I'd be down a dress size if I could lose 20 pounds. Twenty pounds would be just five short of being a 10% loss of my body weight, which is linked in studies to big improvements for diabetics. And if I could do this plus one night of yoga each week, well, that would almost be respectable, wouldn't it?
