Through being more mindful and paying better attention to my health and well-being, I will lose 25 pounds by October 12th and keep it off for the following year and beyond.
Beginning goals (as of May 9, 2010):
1. I will practice some level of mindfulness every day, with a goal of increasing the amount every week
2. I will walk at least 30 minutes every day (including weekends!) with a goal of slowly increasing to 60 minutes every day.
3. I will have fruits and vegetables available to me both at work and home.
4. I will not watch more than two hours of television per day.
