I just weighed and measured myself and it's a good news/bad news thing: I lost 3 more pounds (bringing my total for four weeks to 15 pounds gone) but I gained 1/2 inch around my waist. I would probably be a lot more upset if it weren't for the fact that I bought a size 22 dress from Target yesterday without trying it on (I figured it wouldn't fit today but would work in a few weeks) only to bring it home and find out that it's WAYY TOO BIG. Really??? Yup. And I validated that finding later on by trying on my awesome Old Navy size 22 overcoat that has been too tight to close forever and now fastens loosely around my waist. Yay! So I somehow gained 1/2 an inch and yet I don't care.
Additionally, I hit a new level for my calories burned this week: 1690 calories burned. (My goal was 1500.) If it hadn't rained yesterday, I would have burned another 320 calories on my walk. Of course, I could have used Wii Fit or Walk Away the Pounds, but I didn't. Do I think I could have lost more weight if I'd done that workout? Probably, but I'm still OK with my choice.
