Day 2 - What's the plan, Stan?

Thought it might be interesting to write down what a typical day for me on the HMR Healthy Solutions plan looks like:

4:00 am - wake up with Al the Pug (yes, this is when he wakes up in the morning)

5:00 am - feed Al, make and consume coffee with 1T nonfat milk and Splenda

6:00 am - take Al for walk once around the park (about 1/4 of a mile)

7:00 am - make and consume mango-vanilla smoothie

10:00 am - make and consume chocolate pudding plus an orange

12:30 pm - lunch is Pasta Fagoli entree accompanied by 1c each of cucumber chunks and baby carrots

3:30 pm - make and consume shake

4:30 pm - leave work for home

4:50 pm - arrive home, take Al out for a quick bathroom break, feed him, change into workout clothes, run out the door for yoga

6:00 pm - lie on floor, exhale deeply, start yoga class

7:15 pm - yoga finished, head for home

7:45 pm - heat and consume Lasagna entree alongside 1c each squash and peas

9:30 pm - bed

Pretty exciting, huh? Most days will be similar to this, depending on whether or not I have yoga (Mondaya and Wednesdays @ 6:00 pm), walking (Thursday and Friday) or water aerobics (Tuesdays @ 6:30 pm) after work. I need to get 50 minutes of brisk walking or water aerobics in 5 days a week, so my plan is to use Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for walking and Tuesday for water aerobics, leaving Monday and Wednesday for yoga. Dang, what is the lazy fat girl going to do with all of this activity and no binge eating to relieve the stress? Guess you'll just have to keep on reading to find out, won't you?

I read somewhere that orgasms are a good substitute for binge eating. Seriously.

So that should take up any extra time you find. Idle hands are the devil's workshop, you know.
