I've finished my first few training walks for the 3-day and, other than some mild foot pain, I'm still going strong. Twenty minutes each this week, 22 next week, and increasing each week by 10% until I hit 60 minutes at a clip. The training guide for the event says you need to be able to walk 3 miles in an hour, comfortably, before starting their program, and I'll easily achieve that before the prescribed date as long as I keep this up. (Must keep this up!)
I need to get to the grocery store tonight to pick up some yogurt, cheese, fruit, and other yumminess for breakfast and snacks this week. I also need to get to Petco at some point to get cat box refills. Which one will win out tonight, do you suppose?
