Disappear much?

Wednesday morning. I haven't been this spotty about posting in a really long time. Could my lack of interest in posting have anything to do with the fact that I still have not regained control of my eating and activity despite my grandiose proclamations? Could very well be!

I need to put more thought into this, but I wanted to post so that you'd know I'm still here. I know it's not the usual post for me, but this is all I've got right now.

Good luck getting back on track! I'm trying to avoid the Girl Scout cookies. Maybe I should have someone ELSE hide them so I don't know where they are.

BABE, take a week off! (from blogging that is, not sorting out your life) ... just let us know, we won't mind - take a week away from this and have one less thing to worry about ... it'll all work out in the end, you've come too far to let a minor setback keep you down completely ...

Why YES, it usually does!! I notice I can go days without posting to Better Me if I am not doing well!! Maybe we just need to harass you more when you don't post ;)

Just don't give up. I've taken a few breaks along the way. I just spent the entire Easter weekend eating and eating. I hope you feel better and find that motivation soon.

I'm rooting for you! You will find your way back on track. I'm pretty lost right now too, but I have faith I'll find it again.

Take your time darling. Don't rush yourself into anything. Even if that means I will still have to miss your posts

We know you're alive and that's what counts. Sometimes you just need to step away to clear your head and get things in the "real world" cleared up. You will get back on track, I know it!

I agree with all the others, D. Sometimes you just need a break. Wish there's something I could do for you. You've got my support as you know.
